Industry Super Australia (ISA) takes a leadership role in policy making and public debate on behalf of Australia’s Industry SuperFunds. Everything we do is driven by the idea that working people deserve a dignified and comfortable retirement. We believe that a key factor in achieving this is through policy settings that put the interests of members first. ISA plays an important role in the not-for-profit sector, promoting super fund members’ best interests and securing improved regulation of financial services, including superannuation and financial advice, through research and advocacy on public policy.
We are currently recruiting for a number of positions. All are full-time roles based in Melbourne.
Senior Regulatory Policy Officer
This is a senior role within the regulatory policy team, reporting to the ISA General Counsel and Senior Policy Manager. This role has two key components including (a) legal and compliance and (b) policy work.The legal aspect of the role focuses on financial services advice, general corporate and commercial advice as well as compliance (including risk management framework). Key stakeholders are internal. The policy aspect of the role focuses on leading and contributing to policy and advocacy projects in a clear and effective manner.
Regulatory Policy Officer
This role sits within the regulatory policy team and has two key components including (a) legal and compliance and (b) policy work. The legal aspect of the role focuses on financial services advice, general corporate and commercial advice including contract negotiation, as well as compliance. Key stakeholders are internal. The policy aspect of the role focuses on contributing to policy and advocacy projects in a clear and effective manner.
Operations Administration Officer
This position will assist the ISA Manager - Operations and HR and offers a variety of operational and administrative roles, including the accounts payable function.
All roles will be an initial 12 month contract position with a view to ongoing employment.
