Marketing Campaign Manager

12 month maternity leave replacement contract 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to work on one of Australia’s most iconic and successful marketing campaigns.  ISA is looking for an experienced marketing professional to take on a 12 month, full-time, contract to fill a maternity leave position from around mid-April 2017. ISA manages collective projects on behalf of Industry SuperFunds with the objective of maximising the retirement savings of more than five million members. These projects include research, policy development, government relations and advocacy as well as the well-known Industry SuperFunds Joint Marketing Campaign.

The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for working in collaboration with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement the Industry SuperFunds Joint Marketing Campaign. Specifically, they will have responsibility for managing the execution of the Campaign from beginning to end and will also be responsible for managing relations with the Steering Committee of 15 funds. They will have a sound understanding of marketing principles and processes and be able to apply these to this position.

Senior Regulatory Policy Manager

 

A tertiary qualification in law, public policy or other related field is mandatory as is high level expertise in the financial regulatory framework related to superannuation. Ideal candidates must have at least five years’ experience in senior management and be able to demonstrate:

  • Knowledge and commitment to the principles of Industry SuperFunds
  • A sound understanding of public policy regarding superannuation
  • Extensive experience managing regulatory policy projects
  • Strong risk management skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment 

Using your legal background, you will also manage ISA’s compliance and risk management framework which is critical to ISA’s policy and advocacy projects across a broad range of superannuation, retirement income and other financial services policy areas.

Legal and Policy Analyst (12 month maternity leave contract) 

This position will contribute to ISA’s policy and advocacy projects across a broad range of superannuation, retirement income and other financial services policy areas.

Using legal qualifications and excellent written and oral communication skills, you will undertake research and draft and refine reports, submissions and other materials for ISA’s policy and advocacy activities. You will also draft, review and advise on contracts used by ISA for business operations and support the Senior Regulatory Policy Manager in managing ISA’s compliance and risk management framework. 

Candidates must have a tertiary qualification in law and be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a legal/research/analysis field
  • Understanding of the regulation of financial services
  • Broad knowledge of superannuation, economic and financial matters
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to use initiative and work independently or in small teams
